Chef Randy Resnick presents the Charcuterie, Grill and Cold Stations and managing most of the event production logistics. He was a big part of the first two events on the bridge in 2012 and he’s done some private catered events there as well.
Master Mermmelier Kevin Joseph presents the Empire Oyster Bar. A Mermmelier is to Oysters what a Sommelier is to wine. Kevin will be edu-taining guests on oyster history, culture and cuisine all night. He was one of the creators of Dinner Over The River and a veteran Event Producer. His company Event Savant™ has produced or co-produced over 400 events nationwide since 2003.
